With opening of the first Café at Geneva, SSP created a new genre of airport dining, combining the excitement of the festival with an outstanding dining experience. A fruitful partnership with Michelin starred Chef, Gilles Dupont, resulted in an inspired menu. Ten more cafés will be opened by SSP in the next decade.
